Strawberry raspberry smoothies are a great way to start the morning.
This healthy smoothie recipe uses strawberries, raspberries, greek yogurt, milk, and a banana to create a thick, delicious smoothie packed with great stuff to get you going.
We also have a Blueberry Smoothie recipe that features blueberries and honey.
I generally use frozen strawberries and raspberries for this smoothie recipe, because they’re a lot cheaper than fresh berries, but if you live somewhere warm where you can grow your own or have Daddy Warbucks money, go ahead and use fresh fruit all the time.
That being said, from time to time I do like to garnish my smoothies with fresh raspberries.
If you’re making these for breakfast or brunch try serving them Steel Cut Oats or a slice of Maple Cinnamon Bundt Cake fresh from the oven.
